Our Website maintenance service consists of having a personal webmaster at your disposal for updates, changes, security and ongoing technical support. Essentially it allows you to keep your website up-to-date and user friendly without the stress on your shoulders or the cost of in-house IT personnel. As you may know there are billions of websites online, but not all of them are user friendly, convert their visitors, provide relevant and timely information, offer an easy method of contact or stay on top of design trends. This provides almost nothing to the website owner, because the visitors are going to click away. Our web masters help you maintain a quality website by helping you update graphics, links, banners, content and more. Some sites need daily updates while others only need occasional maintenance. Website maintenance includes revising, editing, or otherwise changing existing web pages to keep your website up to date. The periodic addition of new web pages is also part of maintenance services.

Webnet 101 provides a  25 and 50 point Website Health Checklist which includes SEO, Speed, Security and Cosmetic checks as well as a spot check of Google Analytics to insure you are receiving accurate and timely reports in our monthly Maintenance Plan for our clients. You get a report at the end of the month letting you know what actions were taken and the current status of your site.

Each plan requires a minimum commitment of one year, which is charged at a monthly rate. Payments can be made via PayPal, but if PayPal is not an option, other payment methods can be discussed.

• Maintenance As Needed — hourly rates are based on a sliding scale (see below for more details) on a pay-as-you-go basis, minimum of 1 hour (charges will always be rounded up to the nearest quarter of the hour – ie. 15 minute increments).
• Traffic Analysis — Available on its own, or as a monthly, quarterly or bi-annual subscription (please contact for pricing).
• Mini Search Engine Optimization/Keyword Report — Available on its own, or as a quarterly or bi-annual subscription (please contact for pricing).
• Blog Posting, with or without images — available on a weekly basis (please contact for pricing).
• Comment monitoring — Let Webnet 101 monitor comments posted to your blog for you so that spam doesn’t get posted and valid comments are published (please contact for pricing).

Hourly Rates

• $45/hour
• Rates can be negotiable dependending on the service i.e. art, layout and consultations

Payment Frequency
